The [Reservation Offers] screen allows setting up a customized list of listings to be sent to the guests, making easy the reservations routine and, this way, making it possible to further strengthen the relationship with your customers.:
To set up a reservation offer, follow the steps below:
- Access the [Offer & Promotions > Reservation Offers] menu;
- Filter the desired period and other options on the left side of the screen;
- Click on [Update];
- Check the list of results. You will be able to remove, reposition or sort the listings by specific factors;
- Select the sending method: WhatsApp, Link or by Email.

|What to do before sending offers to the guests?
|Before starting your offer sending routine, we recommend aligning the following settings: have domain with verified e-mail, adjust the template e-mail and add photo to your reservation agents profiles.
|How to send offers via WhatsApp?
|On the right side of the screen, you will have the [Share your Offer] field. Just click on the [Share] button that you will be directed to WhatsApp Web.
|How will the guest view the offer?
|By accessing the submitted offer, your guest will be redirected to a page of your website with all the listings selected in your personalized list.
|Can I adjust the texts of my reservation offers page?
|Through the [Website & Template Manager > Templates > Block Templates] menu, you will be able to edit the content of the offer page that your guest will have access.
