Before proceeding with the steps outlined in this article, you must have entered your additional fees on Stays and the amount of these fees in each listing.
To relation this, follow the steps:
- Access the [Channel Managers Dashboard > Airbnb] menu;
- Access [Settings > Taxes & Fees];
- On the right side, select the Airbnb fee corresponding to yours registered.
- Save the changes made.
Fees on Airbnb will follow the channel's charging behavior, that is, even if your fee is "per night" on Stays, if Airbnb only charges per reservation, the per reservation charge will be applied on the Airbnb reservations. Learn more.
If you want to make some changes, it will be sent to the channel within 6 hours.
