When you access the price area of your accommodation, you will see some statistical graphs and one of them refers to the Average Occupancy Forecast per month in your region. To generate the indicators, Airdna will collect accommodation information similar to yours and the number of products studied can range from 10 to 50.
When checking your chart, know that the blue line represents the average occupancy rate of your accommodation during the month and the number on the screen represents the market average.
Recall that the indicators are related to an average per month, so any demand peaks such as holidays are diluted in the calculation along with the days before or after them, where demand tends to be lower.
A good example of this is in December, where the New Year's usually registers high numbers in relation to the occupation rate, but the average of the month tries not to be so high, since the beginning of the month tends to have a low movement.
We suggest that you take as a reference an accommodation and adapt the settings of your seasons according to the occupancy forecast graph and remember that the average values are composed of both high and low demand periods!
