By registering an address with several units, you will be on the reservation radar with a greater number of people (groups) on Booking queries. Besides, the registration of units is also easier, as information related to the address, shared spaces, services and surroundings will not need to be registered once again for each listing on the property.
Linking the listing to the existing address
If you have multiple listings at the same address and you have already created the address to allocate these units to it, just do the following steps:
- Access your listing page;
- On the [Content] tab, choose the [Location] option;
- Select the [Link to Existing] option;
- Choose your desired address;
- Enter the complementary information (e.g. apt. no., house no., etc.);
- Save the changes made at the top right of the screen.
If you inserted photos of the surroundings of the listing and intend to keep them, place the images inside the rooms. If you do not do this, the surroundings will have the same content as the chosen address.
What happens to the listings' connections?
By linking listings to an address, you will have the grouped units on the compatible sales with the following structure:
