• Credit: usually it happens when you post the reservation forwarding to owners, and you can also post payable accounts or receivable accounts;
• Debit: it's created when you post shared payable accounts with the owner;
• Balance: it's created when adding a balance to pay to the owner on the [Owner Statements] screen. This represents a payable account to the owner or to deduct from the owner's balance on the next cycles. This feature is available in all plans.
