After you have entered the month's amount in your Season, the reservations made in this period will follow the behavior below:
Reservations between the monthly minimum of nights and the lenght of the month
For cases where the Reservation has a number of nights longer than the minimum stay of the monthly rate and is under the default month duration (30 days), the daily rates over the minimum stay are "complimentary".
In a certain Season that the minimum nights of the monthly plan is 26 nights and the stay is 30 nights, the Reservation will be charged in the total amount of the month.
Reservations over the monthly minimum of nights and longer than the lenght of the month
In cases where the Reservation has a number of nights longer than the minimum stay of the monthly rate and exceeds the default month duration, the month's rate + proportional daily rates for days that exceeds the month will be charged.
That is, in the example below, on a 32 nights reservation that is over 30 nights (default monthly duration), 02 nights will be charged with the proportional daily rate.
On the example above, for the 30 nights it was charged R$7,000.00 and for the 02 nights beyond the period, it was charged a proportional daily rate of R$233.34 to reach the total amount of the Reservation.
Important: the example above has a price rounding enabled, so there are small differences in the amount!
