The Overprice commission model is used for businesses that make rate agreements with Owners and pay them only when there are reservations in the periods.

To sum up, there is a table of prices throughout the year signed with the Owners (net prices) and another table of prices for the guest. And your business commission would be the difference of value between the two (your revenue and the value to be paid to the Owners).

Viewing the values in the listing page

After configuring the Purchase Prices (Net) in your listing, you will be able to view them and also make changes, accessing the [Finance > Registration of Purchase Prices (Net)] menu.

Viewing the values in the forward routine

In relation to your reservation forward routine, the total value to be paid to the Owner will arrive in the Buy Price field, based on the calculation made in your table of Net Prices.
