The option to limit access to listings is recommended for internal routine management - for example, to restrict access to reservation agents and people who work in the operational area of your business, such as cleaning or maintenance teams.

For owners, it is possible to provide greater autonomy and participation on the owner's extranet.

To restrict a user's access to just a few listings in your portfolio, follow the steps below:

  1. Access the [Users and Guests > Users] menu;
  2. Find and click on the desired username;
  3. Click on the [Permissions > Administrative Permissions] section;
  4. Select [No] on the [Does this user have access to all registered listings?] field;
  5. Select the listings that the user will have access;
  6. Save the changes made on the upper right side of the screen. The button will appear after you change the contents of the fields.

The access changes will be applied in the following screens:

  • Listings;
  • General calendar;
  • Accounts statements (payable and receivable accounts);
  • Reception screen;
  • Messages central;
  • Reservation center (find reservation tool);
  • Occupancy rate;
  • Pricing manager tool (available in advanced pricing only);
  • Product accounting (owners' balance).
