Owner's extranet can be activated or deactivated on the App Center of your system, on [App Center > Administration and Fincance > Owner's extranet].


Before following the instructions in this article, register the owners on your system.

You can customize the options available to owners on your website. This way, each owner can have a different view on the extranet, adjustable according to their level of proximity and transparency in each partnership.

To perform this individual setting for each owner's extranet, follow the steps below:

  1. Access the [Users & Clients > Owners] menu;
  2. Select the desired owner;
  3. Click on the [Permissions > Owner Permissions];
  4. To enable the extranet for the user, click on [Yes] on the [Do you want to activate the extranet for this owner?] field;
  5. Select the options this owner must have on the extranet; 
  6. Save the changes.
Besides of the settings of the access on the extranet permissions, remember to link the owners to your listings.
