Before following the instructions in this article, register the owners on your system.
You can customize the options available to owners on your website. This way, each owner can have a different view on the extranet, adjustable according to their level of proximity and transparency in each partnership.
To perform this individual setting for each owner's extranet, follow the steps below:
- Access the [Users & Clients > Owners] menu;
- Select the desired owner;
- Click on the [Permissions > Owner Permissions];
- To enable extranet for the user, click on [Yes] on the [Do you want to activate the extranet for this owner?] field;
- Select the options this owner must have on the extranet;
- Save the changes.
Besides of the settings of the access on the extranet permissions, remember to link the owners to your listings.
