To edit the commercial status of your units, you will use a shortcut in the [Listings] menu, as well as it possible to enter the listing page and make the adjustment, as shown in the images below:

See below what each option means:

Usage Example
ActiveThey are listings with a full registration stage and are ready to receive reservations on all possible channels.Listings ready to receive reservations in general.
Active but not publicThese are listings that will be commercialized on the sales channels, but will not be visible on your website for the general public.Your business is an inn, but you want to get listings from close friends and publish them only on the portals, without losing your brand identity on the website.
You will be able to present your listing (website version) to interested parties using the link on the listing preview page available in your [Listings] menu.
The listing will not be available for reservations or searches by users of your website.
DraftThese are listings in the initial phase of registration on is the default status when you create a listing on, so do not forget to activate at the end of the process!
InactiveThese are listings that left your company's portfolio temporarily.Indicated status for long interruptions in partnerships with owners or long-term renovations.
Before putting this status in the listing, you must disconnect it from all Stays OTAs.

To help you remember to activate a newly created listing, we will show you a warning message in the [Draft] listings, like the example below:

In addition to the statuses presented above, you can also permanently erase your units.
In this case, put your unit as [Inactive] so that the option to remove appears.
