For vacation administrators, the system has a feature for showing available listings for "Real Estate" on the website, making it possible to catch the sight of interested buyers and automatically receiving queries at your e-mail.


For setting up a Real Estate Listing, follow these steps:

  1. Go to <<Listings > Listings>>;
  2. Click the green "+" button;
  3. On the next screen, select the <<Real Estate>> option and fill in the required information;
  4. Click "Next"



The listing's status will be set as "Draft" and you'll need to finish the setup in other sections, very similar to vacation listings, but as a difference we have the tab "Real Estate" and other place to insert the prices. See further details below:


Inputting Real Estate general info:


In the "Product" tab of your listing's panel, there will be a section named "Real Estate" where you should input some relevant info about the website's listing.


Condition: the field presents you three conservation states for the accommodation, and the chosen information will serve as base for a search filter on the website. I.e., it'll be possible for your buyer to filter by state of conservation on the website, and there you'll determine your listing's situation.


Year of construction: informs the website visitor about the year of construction of the Building or accommodation. This information integrates the website's listing layout and serves to the "Long Term Rental" module, in case you have it active in your system.


How many floors: informs the website visitor the number of floors in the Building or accommodation. This information integrates the website's listing layout and serves to the "Long Term Rental" module, in case you have it active in your system.


Listing per floor: generally recommended for apartments on sale. Gives the buyer an overview of the Building's size, and also a notion of the condominium fee, for example. This information integrates the website's listing layout and serves to the "Long Term Rental" module, in case you have it active in your system.


Count of Elevators: informs the website visitor the number of elevators the Building has (or house, in the case of some mansions, for example). This information integrates the website's listing layout and serves to the "Long Term Rental" module, in case you have it active in your system.


Don't forget to save your changes at the end of the process. The "Save" button is located on the upper right corner of the screen.


Setting up fees and price for the Real Estate Listing:


To setup the listing's Sale Price, you should access the tab <<Sale Price > General Configuration>>. There you should fill in the following fields:


Sale Price: it's the listing's main information! You'll enter the value you charge for the purchase of the listing in question.


Monthly Condominium Price: this information will be located next to the Sale Price on the website listing.


IPTU fee: It will be possible for you to choose between yearly or monthly, and insert the value. This information will be licated next to the Monthly Condominium Price on the website listing.


Other Fees: It's a complementary registry field of fees where you can enter other charged fees like "Fire Fee", for example. in the field on the left you input the fee value and on the right one you input the name you want to be shown on the website.



FAQ:


Is it possible to have a listing that is both "Vacation Rental" and "Real Estate" at the same time?

Yes. Just go to the tab <<Product > Descriptive Content>> inside the listing and in the "Category" option also mark the "Vacation Rental" option. It's highly recommended to check if all the fields have been filled in order to avoid incomplete listings on your website.


What happens to my listing if I don't input a Sale Price?

The listing will be on the website, however next to the Sale Price there will be a message informing the buyer that the value is under consulting. You can change this message along with our Support Team.


I managed to sell the listing. How do I remove it from the website?

You should access the listing and change its status to "Deactivated" in the selection box on the left menu, right by the side of the listing's type. Don't forget to save your changes!


I do not work with this market segment. Can I remove this feature from my system?

Yes. Deactivation is made in the system's General Settings and our Support Team can help you with this. You just need to ask!
