When you open the dashboard of your system, you'll see indicators that help you analyze your reservation routine. Check below for more information about each one:
To change the selected period, just click on the calendar icon above each block.
- Reception: shows check-ins, checkouts, and in-house reservations for the selected period.
- New reservations: informs the number of reservations for the selected period. You can also click to change the filter date;
- Statistics: general data about your operation, such as account management (amount of accounts receivable minus the amount of accounts payable), average ticket, number of reservations, and occupancy rate;
- Source of reservations: indicates where your reservations came from in the selected period. When you change the status of a reservation, the system redefines its creation date and starts considering it in this chart.
If you want to restrict access to this information for specific team members, you can create a new role and disable permission for users.
