To capture guest reviews, you will count on the following features:
|Sending an email after the departure of the guest||Three days after the departure of your guest, we will send an email requesting their review of the stay and your services.|
If you want to disable the feature or change the email trigger policy, go to the settings of your Stays.net and follow the path indicated at the side.
|Force sending manually||After the guest's departure date, you can go to the reservation page and in the [Communication with Guest] block, manually force the sending, by clicking on the icon beside.|
In addition to the options, it is possible to create reviews manually or your guest can access their reservation panel on the website, clicking on the Feedback button, and leave a review spontaneously.
