You will have enter the following information on the additional fees configuration screen fields.

  • Activate your fee and enter the public and internal name
    This is the basic step to apply a fee to your
  • Define how your fee wil be charged
    In cleaning fees the most used model is the [Per reservation] option, but there are cases in which it is charged [Per night] too, as it is with flats, for example.
  • Do your lodgings follow a standard price or does each listing have their price?
    The most common option is to charge a price per listing, however, using a standard for all listings can be useful if you have an inn or all products following a standard.
  • Do you charge the fee in percentage or a fixed amount?
    After choosing an item in the previous step, you will be given the option to define how the amount will be charged.
    The most common option is [Currency].
    If your listings follow the same standard, you will need to set the price on the screen.
    Otherwise, you must do this on the page for each listing after finishing the fee setting.
  • Enable billing for guests
    On the [Will the fee be applied to the guest invoice?] field, mark [Yes].
    If you want to charge an amount for blocks made for the use of the owner on your calendar, mark [Yes] on the opção [Will the fee be applied during reservation forwarding?] option as well.
  • Behavior settings on website bookings and direct sales
    You can set it according to your preferences, but we recommend that you mark the options as the figure below:
