To mark a credit card as invalid on your Booking reservation, follow the steps below:
- Access your reservation page;
Scroll down, find the [Cancel reservation] box, and click the [Cancel] button.
On the window that appears, select [Invalid credit card];
- Click [Save].
Booking will be notified, and if the guest doesn't update the card details, the reservation will be canceled and removed from your Stays calendar.
Note: The card details are available for 2 views and for a limited time. Charge as soon as possible.
