Stays.net counts on the automatic triggering of emails after the check-out of guests to collect reviews.
You can configure the triggering of these messages automatically through [Settings > Email Settings > Reservation], through the option below:
You will be able to set the days after the guest´s departure on both the first attempt and also when reinforcing the request.
Do not forget to save the changes and edit the content of your email about this routine!
