To export your contacts (owners and guests) from the Stays database, you must have an email address previously registered to receive the spreadsheet. Without this registration, the spreadsheet cannot be generated. For security reasons, the contacts spreadsheet is sent to only one recipient.

If there is no email address registered yet, you can:

  • Send an email to sac@stays.net informing which address should be used; or

  • Contact Stays support and inform the email address that will receive the spreadsheet.

After the email address registration is confirmed, follow the steps below:

  1. Access [Users and Guests > Leads Export];
  2. Click on the desired template;
  3. Check your registered email inbox.
