Complete spreadsheet template [Grouped by email]
The list is recommended for advanced users in email marketing. It contains information to help with the segmentation of triggered messages or the target audience of the trigger. The main field is the email.
Complete spreadsheet template [Grouped by name]
The list follows the same template as the previous one, but the main field is the username. This doesn't affect the final result, as the username in almost all guest and owner records is their email.
Don't use this template if you are used to manually creating guest and owner users.
Simple spreadsheet template [Grouped by channel]
The list is meant for users who want to complete the information in the other spreadsheets. It contains name, address, phone, email, date of birth, city, country, and the sales channel through which the registration originated.
Simple spreadsheet template [With phone number]
List recommended for users who want to perform actions such as text messages.
It contains the contact's name, phone, date of birth, city, and country.
Simple spreadsheet template [With documents]
Used mostly for internal control rather than for actual email triggering.
You can find the name, surname, date of birth, city, country, and a column with each type of document on the system (usually tax ID and passport).
All spreadsheets are generated on .csv format and contain variables to help with contact segmentation.
