Stays.net has a setting that allows you to send a message to the guest one day after checking in at your listing.
This message is useful to reinforce instructions on the listing, offer services or give tourist tips about your region.
To configure the automatic triggering of this message, follow the steps below:
- Access the [Settings > Email Settings > Reservation] menu;
- Scroll down the page to the [Communication with the Guest After the Arrival and Before the Departure] section;
- Check the little box about message after check-in;
- Save the changes made at the top right side of the page.
By default, Stays.net has a basic content about this routine, however, you can edit it according to your preferences.
