Custom fields are useful for reports and email communications, but it's important to note that they are not integrated into the website or sales channels.
Some examples of extra fields created by our users: - Listing Wi-Fi password; - Outlet voltage for guests; - Manual passwords for electronic locks.
Follow the step-by-step guide below to create a custom registration field:
Step 1. Register additional fields
Go to [Settings > General settings > Listing additional fields];
Step 2. Enter the information on the listings
The created fields will be in the [Content > Descriptive Content] tab of your listings. Enter the necessary information in each of them.
Step 3. Edit your email templates
Once created, the field appears as a variable in email templates. Access [Catalog > Email Templates].
