Which sales channels are compatible with vertical rate groups?
The sales channels compatible with this feature are:
Channel | Summary | Details |
---|---|---|
Booking | When you create a vertical rate group on Stays, the structure is automatically sent to the channel when you connect or create your listing. | SEE DETAILS |
Despegar | When you create a vertical rate group on Stays the structure is automatically sent to the channel at the moment you create or connect your listing with the channel. | SEE DETAILS |
Airbnb | It is possible to set whether you want to send the listings as a vertical rate group to the channel in the [Configuration] tab of the channel manager. If you choose this, your listing must be in the "inn", "hotel", "BnB" or "apartment" type, as this setting is not compatible with some listing types, such as "house", for example. | SEE DETAILS |
Expedia | When creating a vertical rate group on Stays, the structure is automatically sent to the channel when you connect or create your listing. | SEE DETAILS |
Vrbo | It is possible to set whether you want to send the listings as a vertical rate group to the channel in the [Configuration] tab of the channel manager. |
Regarding these channels, the "parent" listing will be the only one in the rate group that will be connected and our system will send the availability based on the calendar of all the group's products, that is, if your group has a "parent" listing and 4 "child" listings, by default it is a product with 5 units available in these sales channels.

How to adapt the listings of these channels to work with this feature?
If you have listings on the channels with reservations already made, it is important that before starting the configuration on Stays.net, you align this action together with the service of Booking.com and Expedia.
This happens because each reservation made is related to a listing code and, in this feature, all your listings have the same code and availability issues may occur if your reservations are allocated under different codes.
