After completing your connection with Booking, payments for reservations with pre-payments or deposits made by the guest will be automatically released, at the same time as the reservation is imported into Stays. In these cases, there'll be an additional comment from Booking advising about the pre-payment, as in the example below:

This will only apply to reservations received after the Stays connection.

Receipts will always be listed for the 15th of the month following the reservation's departure date.
