Which document should you use to view arrivals and departures for a specific period?

If your goal is to see only the arrivals and departures for a specific time frame, the right option is the Arrivals and Departures list. To access it, follow the steps below.

  1. Go to [Reservation Center > Reception] menu;
  2. Filter the desired period;
  3. Click on [Update];
  4. And then click on [Print].

On this screen, you can filter by the desired period, and the printed document is generated based on that selection. It shows: 

  • Reservation holder’s name;
  • Arrival or departure date and time;
  • Number of guests;
  • Reserved accommodation;
  • Total reservation amount; 
  • Payment status; 
  • Responsible agent;
