Before proceeding with the reading of this article, it is important that you know the concepts below:

The [Contact] tab of your website is a simple form that allows the users of your page to leave messages that will be sent to a generic email of your business, for example: contact@..., info@..., service@....

Inside this form, there is the [Subject] field, where the user can indicate what they want to know or who they want to talk to:

By default, your will have the [Vacation Rental Properties] and [Other] options!

You can configure the options of the [Subject] field from the path below:

  1. Access the [Settings > Website Settings > Forms] menu;
  2. At the bottom of the page, find the [What Subjects Should Your [Contact] Section Have?] section;
  3. Click on the [+Add a subject] button to add the options;
  4. Do not forget to translate for the other active languages of your system;
  5. Save the changes made at the upper right side of the screen.

In addition to the subjects option in the [Contact] section, this will appear in the header of the system notification email, so you will be able to configure filters in your email inbox to redirect the messages to the correct recipients or folders!
