The [Contact] tab on your Stays.net website is a simple form that allows users to leave messages that will be sent to a generic email of your business, such as: contact@..., info@..., support@....
Within this form, in the [Subject] field, the user can specify the purpose or intended contact.
By default, your Stays website has the options [Vacation Rental Properties] and [Other].
You can configure the options for this field by following these steps
- Access your system and go to the menu [Settings > Website > Forms];
- Click the [+Subject] button to add options;
- If you have more than one active language on your system, remember to translate as well;
- Save the changes.
In addition to the subject options on the [Contact] section, this will also appear in the header of the email notification, allowing you to set up filters to redirect messages to the correct recipients or folders.
