When accessing the [Content > Type] tab of your listings on Stays.net, you will have the [Listing Type (Address)] and [Housing Unit Type] fields, as shown in the example below:

This information is used to connect content between Stays.net and channels with content connections, so the list of options on the screen is based on what these channels offer users.

Listing Type (Address)

It is a general indication of what the space is about, that is, the basis of the location:

If your listing is linked to an address with multiple units, only the [Housing Unit Type] field will be available on the screen, as the address information has already been previously entered:

Housing Unit Type

It is a more specific indication of the listing and ideally it is a suitable option in relation to what you marked in [Listing Type (Address)], as the fields relate to each other:

In cases where your listing is already linked to an address with several units, this will be the only field to mark in the area about type of listing, as shown in the example below:

It is essential to mark coherent options between the fields, because if you indicate that the address is a condominium and then put an option such as a mobile house for example, your listing will likely have conflict in the connection due to content inconsistency.

Now that you know how to set the type of your space and listings, how about seeing other related topics?
