When registering your rates on Stays.net, it is possible to adjust the pricing by sales channel, applying a % on top of your base amount.
To do this related to the Airbnb channel, just follow the steps below:
- Access the [Channel Managers > Airbnb] menu;
- On the left side, click on the [Settings] tab;
- In the [Finance] tab, find the [Price correction] option;
- Put the desired percentage;
- Choose whether the correction applies only to your daily rates (default) or to your additional fees as well;
- Save the changes at the right top of the screen, clicking on the green icon.
As the new Airbnb commissioning model is also calculated on top of the fees amount, we recommend marking the [Fees] option to apply the correction to them as well.
