When accessing the interface to register derived prices (additional guest charging), you may encounter two behaviors different than expected:
- Screen without the option to configure;
- Configuration screen with a blue error message preventing the editing.
Check out the reasons for each behavior below:

| Usually the Stays.net systems are created with the feature already enabled, as you have the power to activate and deactivate the listing charge. | To fix this behavior, you should go to the [Rooms] tab and edit your listing beds. After the maximum capacity becomes greater than 1 person, the option will become available again. | |
