To access the comparison chart between available nights and booked nights over a certain period on your Stays.net, just follow the path below:

1. Access the [Statistics > Occupancy > Total Nights] menu;
2. Apply filters on the left side to refine your analysis;
3. Click on [Update] to generate the charts.

The number of total nights is calculated based on the calendar of all your active listings, so if a listing was created on the 10th of a given month, for that month, the total available nights of the listing will be 20 or 21, depending on the length of the month.

If you want more details about which reservations are being considered, it is possible to filter it in the [Reservation Center > Find Reservation] screen and it might be interesting to do an analysis also in relation to the average ticket of your listings in the period.
