By integrating your Airbnb listings to Stays through API connection, after your guests departure from imported reservations on the connection, you will be able to leave a review about the listing's guests through the path below:
- Access the reservation page;
- Find the [Reviews] section and click on the "pen" icon to open the editing;
- At the top part of the screen, choose the [Host >> guest reviews] option;
- Fill in the information according to the instructions on the screen;
- Click on [Send].
You will be able to send a review on the guests within 14 days of their departure and, once the review has been sent, it will no longer be possible to edit the content!
Although the usage is aimed at Airbnb reservations, if you want to check at the guest's history on your Stays.net, we will store all your host reviews in the [Reservation Center > Host Reviews] menu and you will be able to filter by guest, like the example below:
