Step 1. Choose your business model
You start by defining what your business is: individual, company, owned or managed by third parties.
Step 2. Fill out the company or property manager data
Enter the administrator or company details: name, email, tax ID (CPF or CNPJ in Brazil), telephone number and address.
Step 3. Define how your guests will see your content
Customize your system: select the languages available on your system and choose the currency(ies) in which the amounts will appear.
Step 4. Configure the pricing structure
Set the type of configuration: minimum number of nights and whether to offer discounts based on length of stay.
Dynamic pricing can be configured with automatic rules. During self-onboarding, only early bird and last-minute discounts are available for Airbnb.
Step 5. Adjust reservation rules
This step defines how your calendar will be booked:
- Check-in and checkout: available check-in and checkout times.
- Instant reservation: whether to automatically accept reservations or manually approve them
- Minimum advance notice: how many hours or days in advance a reservation can be made
- Preparation time: how many days do you need between one reservation and another to clean the property
- Availability: how far ahead do you want to open your calendar
These rules ensure that you have full control of your operation, avoiding conflicts or overload.
Step 6. Finish the last steps to use your system
After completing self-onboarding, schedule your first meeting with the Onboarding Analyst to begin implementation.
Important: Don't proceed to any steps beyond self-onboarding until you've ensured everything is correctly configured. Therefore, if you have any questions, save your progress and wait for the meeting to review it with the analyst.
Once all these steps are configured, the system is ready to go.
Once you've set everything up, you can edit whenever and however you like in [Settings] in the side menu.
