Stays.net counts on two features that help track user activities on your platform:

Active users

From the [Users & Clients > Auxiliaries > Online users] menu it is possible to check the list of users and guests who are currently active on your platform.

This helps your monitoring if you have collaborators on a home-office regime or working on the move from a mobile device, for example.

As for guests, it is possible to see how many are browsing your page at the time of your search.

In addition, in the panel it is presented a shortcut to check the user's activity history (indicated by the red arrow in the image above). 


Activity record

From the [Users & Clients > Auxiliaries > Users Activities] menu it is possible to get the usage history of each user registered on your Stays.net.

When accessing the screen, it is possible, through the filter on the left side, to search by period, specific actions, listings or reservations related to tasks, for a specific user or even check all the actions performed automatically by the system (the "StaysBot" little box):


It is important to mention that in addition to these panels, Stays.net relies on this information integrated into other modules, such as the reservation pages and the page of a task of the operational module.
