After finding your partner in the list of Stays members and having signed a partnership to get listings, it is time to configure your system using the [Incoming Channels] option.

You will need to do the following actions:

Enable your Incoming Channel

  1. Access [Channel Managers > Stays Alliance > Incoming Channels];
  2. Select the partnership from the list and proceed to the settings;

    In order for you to proceed, it is necessary that your partner has already made the configurations of their outgoing channel!

  3. Go to the [Content] tab to select the listings that you want to import to your Stays.net;
  4. Go back to the [Settings] tab and activate your connection!
Check the settings made by your partner and if you want put an extra % that you wish to apply on the original daily rate throught the menu [Incoming Channels > Settings > Channel Contract Settings > Overprice].
Your partner, when setting the outgoing channel, will put your commission % and Stays.net will calculate the price.
Put an amount in the field only if you want to apply % than your commission agreed with your partner.

Configuration of the presentation of the listings in your system

After making the adjustment of your incoming channel, it is important to define how you want your partner’s listings to be on your Stays.net.

When you access the [Channel Managers > Stays Alliance > Settings] menu, you will see the following options:

Options
Summary
OffApplies if you want to disable all listings integrated through Stays Alliance of your system.
They will not be visible either on the system or on your website.
I want the partner's listing only as options when making reservations offers, and not posted on my website. In this case, Stays Alliance listings will only be available during the creation of reservation offers by your team.
There will be no display on your website's search pages for guests.
I want the partner's listings as search results on my website and on my internal reservations as it were one of my listings. In this case, the listings will have the same behavior as yours.
They will be displayed both on your system, on the normal reservations routine, as on the website.
I want to present the partner's listings separately on the website and internal reservations, from a "View partners listings" link. In this case, the listings will only be displayed on the website in a separate link during the reservation filters.
I want to use the partner's listings only if I have less than _____ options in my default listings, both in website searches and internal searches. In this case, the partnership aims to provide listings in periods of high demand only.
You will be able to configure a number and if your listings available in the period do not exceed the number, the listings of the Stays Alliance will be displayed both on the website searches and on your Stays.net.
