To block the listing, your owners must follow the steps below:

  1. Login to the website;
  2. Click on the username to open menu options and access [Reservation calendar];
  3. Choose the listing from the [Properties] menu;
  4. Click and drag the mouse on the desired period;
  5. Select the [Block] option;
  6. Fill out the requested information and click on [Save].

This block is automatically included on your Stays calendar. As a result, it will also be transmitted to the sales channels with calendars connected to your listing.

You can charge the owner a fee for the personal use of the listing. This amount is debited directly from the reservation forwarding routine.
