To transfer ownership of a reservation, follow the steps below:
- Access the reservation page;
- Find the gray area where the number of guests is and click on the arrow on the right side;
- Next to the reservation holder's name, there will be two icons: click on the two arrows icon;
- Search for an existing guest or create the guest;
- Save the changes made.
If it is a booking coming from a channel manager, the ideal is for the guest to make the adjustment through the channel portal, as the information will be synchronized with the Stays.net system afterwards.
