Stays.net provides the possibility for visitors of your site to make requests about Reservations.

These requests can be made through a standard form and are allocated in the Request Manager, however you can also set up an email address to receive alerts on the arrival of these requests.

To set the email address, follow the path below:

  1. Go to [Catalog> Settings> E-mail Settings];
  2. Scroll down the page until you find the section [Set up internal email notifications for your team...];
  3. Enter the e-mail address in the [Reservation Request] field;
  4. Save the changes to the lower left side of the page.
