Stays allows that you send an email to the guest the day before checkout automatically. This message can be used to reinforce checkout instructions, offer an extended stay or even anticipate a review request. The default template has the following content:


Subject: [Name of your business] | Your checkout is coming!

Hi, [first name of the guest],


Your checkout is scheduled to occur on the day [checkout date] at [checkout time configured on the reservation].

If you want to extend your stay or change the checkout time please contact us!


We wish your stay in our listing [public name of the listing] has been good and if you can leave comments on your experience, they are always welcome!

You will be able to answer a form that we send days after your checkout or through your reservation page on the website.


We look forward to seeing you again in the future.
