Once your account is already connected to Stays.net, the messages will arrive automatically in your Messages Central, with no need of additional actions!

Accounts connected to Stays.net for a long time

If your access token to Airbnb is out of date or if your account does not allow Stays.net to manage your channel messages, when you open your Messages Central you will receive a checklist on what you need to do to enable the feature.
