To cancel a Pagar.me transaction through Stays.net, you must follow the steps below:

  1. Access the reservation page in question;
  2. Find the payments area of the reservation;
  3. Once you have found your Pagar.me transaction, click on [details];
  4. Click on the [Cancel & Refund] button;
  5. Choose the amount to be refunded to the guest;
  6. Confirm the action.
