Having a chat on your Stays.net website facilitates communication with users and serves as a channel of questions for the routine of reservations or call center to guests already allocated.
You can enable the feature from the Stays App Center.
Follow the path below:
- Access the [App Center] menu;
- Find the [Others] category;
- Click on the [Online chat] option;
- Click [Active];
- Save the changes made on the upper right side of the page.
After this action, just go to your website, update the page and you will see on the top main menu a chat option!
