To end the connection between Despegar and Stays and no longer have any listings published on the channel, it is necessary to disconnect all active listings and properties. Follow the steps below.

First, disconnect all the listings: 


  1. Access [Channel Managers Dashboard > Despegar > Listings];
  2. Click on the listings and select the desired one; 
  3. Click the button with three dots next to [Actions]
  4. Select [Disconnect listing] and confirm.


Repeat these steps for all connected listings. After disconnecting it, you just need to disconnect the properties (buildings):

  1. Still on [Channel Managers Dashboard > Despegar > Listings], select the desired property;
  2. Click the button with three dots next to [Actions];
  3. Select [Disconnect] and confirm.


Repeat these steps for all connected properties. When all properties and listings are disconnected, you will no longer have any ads published on Despegar.

There is no need to delete your account on the Extranet or take other steps, as your listings only exist on Despegar when they are active on the channel's connection with Stays.
