Stays.net provides the feature to organize your technical tasks in administrative panels.
Solving the tasks or finalizing those that will not be performed is essential for the organization of these panels and communication with the teammates!
Below is how to solve the technical tasks by panel:
|Technical tasks manager||In the technical tasks manager, the collaborator or the supervisor responsible for delegating the tasks will be able to solve the task.|
Access [Task Dashboards > Technical Dashboard], click on the small "i" of the desired operational task, then [Manage Task] and then [Solve]. Select [Done] in the [Resolution] field and click on [Save].
|To do list||In the [To Do List], just find the desired technical task at the right side of the screen, click and follow the same flow as above.|
It is important to mention that during the resolution process it is possible to indicate that the lodging has become dirty and needs to be cleaned and there is also a comment box, where the person will be able to put details about how it was solved or additional notes for internal use.
