It is common in listings to let the guest arrive earlier or leave later than the standard time without additional cost when this is a determining factor for making the reservation or for operational reasons such as high demand and, in addition, in cases of regular guests who usually receive VIP treatment.
In these cases, to apply the courtesy fee, please follow the steps below:
- Access the reservation page;
- Change the check-in or checkout time;
- Select [No] in the [Should we charge extra costs, if apply?] field;
- Click on [Update] to validate the change.
It is worth mentioning that, besides the normal benefits of keeping the check-ins and checkouts time up to date, it is important to make this change even in courtesies, because it impacts your Calendar.
