By enabling chat for your website, your page users will be able to trigger your team from the top menu or footer of the website.

For viewing in the footer, it is necessary to activate the feature in your Stays website editor.

When sending the message, there will be a notification to the enabled users to answer conversations.

The chat was developed only for texts and for the moment when your team is online, so if there are no available members, a message will be presented to the user with the opening hours.

To change the content of the messages presented to the guest, simply access the editing area of the website.
