When making a reservation with you, your guest has the option to access a panel on your website where some actions can be done, such as adding companions, sending documents and other points.

Although this speeds up some operational processes regarding the stay and arrival of guests, some establishments prefer to restrict features to gain greater control in managing reservations.


To configure the available features according to your preferences, you can follow the path below:

  1. Access the [Settings > Guest Settings > Permission] menu;
  2. Find the [Configure the Website Guest Panel] section;
  3. Set your profile by marking [Yes] to enable the feature and [No] to disable it in the screen fields;
  4. Save the changes made at the top right side of the page.
