Airbnb allows you to give guests a discount if they opt for the non-refundable reservation model. Follow the steps below to make this setup within Stays:
- Access [Channel Managers Dashboard > Airbnb > Settings > Cancellation policies];
- Go to the [Link your policies to those of the channel] section;
- For each cancellation policy of yours, select the [Yes] option in the [Would you like to offer a discount for non-refundable reservations?] field and enter the percentage;
- Save the changes on the green icon on the upper right side of the screen.
This feature is not compatible with listings that use the Airbnb Super Strict cancellation policy of 30 or 60 days. Learn more.
In addition to the setting applicable to all listings mentioned above, it is possible to adjust per listing. Just access the [Listings] tab, find the desired listing, select the [Individual] field on the [Follow default policy (global)?] field and change the settings.
After that, the listing will be up to 24h. If you want to make the sending process quicker, access the listing on Stays and choose the [Update Reservation Settings].
