With the owner requests dashboard, you can manage visitation and partnership requests submitted through your website, deciding whether or not to accept each accommodation into your Stays portfolio.

This process centralizes the evaluation of new properties and gives you more control, while providing transparency for owners.

Where to access the dashboard

To view and manage owner requests, go to:

  • Menu: Catalog > Owner requests

  • Page: New listing requests


What you can do in this dashboard

In the requests dashboard, you can:

  • View all requests submitted by owners

  • Filter requests by status

  • Update the progress of each request

  • Confirm your interest in adding an accommodation to your portfolio

Owner request statuses

Each request goes through different statuses during the review process. Here’s what each one means:

  • New: requests that were recently submitted by owners and have not yet been reviewed.

  • In progress: requests under review. In this status, you can edit information and move forward with the evaluation process.

  • Confirmed: approved requests. Once confirmed, the accommodation is automatically created in your system with Draft status, allowing you to complete the setup before publishing it.

  • Deleted: used to remove requests that will not move forward.


Owner tracking

While you review the request, the owner can access the [My Properties] area in the extranet to track the review progress and request status in real time.
