Reservations registered on Stays can have the following status:

Pre-reservationThis reservation is not confirmed yet. The guest needs to pay the reservation guarantee to be confirmed. You can also manually change the status to [Reservation].
ReservationReservations in which the reservation guarantee is already paid by the guest. As the payment is made in advance, the guest still can cancel it according to the cancellation policy. If you need, you can return to the [Pre-reservation] status, if you have not posted receipts yet.
ContractReservations in which the total amount was paid and the check-in was validated. It means that the guest is on the listing and the sales were confirmed. In this case, it is not possible to return the status to [Pre-reservation] or [Reservation], you can only cancel or remove it from the calendar.
CanceledReservations in which the guest gave up after paying at least the reservation guarantee.
DeletedThese are expired [Pre-reservations] because of the lack of payment. In addition, they may be the guest's purchase withdrawal in the sales channels. The basic difference between a [Canceled] and [Deleted] reservation is that on [Canceled] there is a payment already made.

It is possible to filter by status on the [Reservation Center > Find reservation] menu, and view the status on the reservation page.
